Bryan Sanchinell is a leader and workforce strategist with 15+ years designing and leading high-impact programs across nonprofits, community colleges, national unions, and tech sectors.
He applies design thinking and product management frameworks to build recruitment pipelines, apprenticeship programs, and career pathways that center workers while delivering measurable outcomes for organizations.
Bryan's work spans from on-the-ground program management to national systems design. He has directed multi-million-dollar grants, built cross-sector partnerships with industry leaders including Spotify and Google, and designed the first-ever National Guideline Standards for 911 dispatchers — establishing career pathway benchmarks for public safety professionals nationwide.
